By accessing or using the defiltered.ai website (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

defiltered.ai is an AI-powered career profile platform currently in pre-launch. The Service allows professionals to create interactive, queryable career profiles that go beyond traditional resumes.

During pre-launch, available functionality is limited to the marketing website and waitlist registration. Features described on the site represent planned functionality and are subject to change.

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to the product or any specific launch date. Early access invitations will be sent at our discretion. We reserve the right to modify the waitlist process at any time.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Submit false or misleading information
• Use automated systems to access the Service in a manner that exceeds reasonable use

All content, design, code, and branding on defiltered.ai are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit written permission.

When the platform launches, you will retain ownership of any content you submit (career history, documents, etc.). By submitting content, you grant us a license to process, store, and display it as necessary to provide the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share any content you submit.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, defiltered.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated to registered users. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which defiltered.ai operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
